Xnapper needs Screen Recording permission in your macOS to capture your screenshots.

If your screenshots appear blank or only contains your desktop background, it could be because Xnapper was not granted the Screen Recording permission correctly.

Here is how to fix it

  1. Make sure Xnapper is moved to your /Applications folder. If Xnapper is not in that folder, a lot of weird issues may happen.
  2. Open System Preferences
  3. Click โ€œSecurity & Privacyโ€
  4. Click โ€œScreen Recordingโ€
