About this role:
You will join our team to help businesses worldwide apply generative AI to their workflows. You will be the Product Expert of the TypingMind platform. This role starts as a Customer Support with a grow path to become other higher roles like sales, or marketing.
What you will work on:
- Learn about our product and become our product expert.
- Help answering customer support tickets and coordinating between the team to resolve problems for our customers.
- Talk to our potential customers to help them understand TypingMind product and generative AI in general.
- Brainstorm ideas using customer feedback and requests with the team to help form the TypingMind product's future roadmap.
Other related works you might also work on:
- Creating content to educate people on how to leverage generative AI in their business. Your content will be in various form: blog posts, videos, public speaking at events or meetups, 1:1 video calls with our potential customers, do webinar or online training class, etc.
- Help customers implement generative AI in their business using TypingMind. Including:
- Setup internal AI platform using TypingMind
- Build AI agents, prompt library
- Integrate with other systems using plugins
- Connect training data
- Set up training programs for customers’ employees on generative AI and TypingMind.
Requirements:
- Excellent English across all 4 skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening). You will communicate directly with our customers.
- Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate our customers, including US/EU time zones.
- Fast learner: able to quickly pick up new skills and knowledge.
- Self-motivated with strong autonomy: capable of managing your own workload and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all communications.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in common productivity and communication tools.
