About this position:

Your responsibilities:

• Take ownership of all things design-related in our company.
• Improve our product's existing UX/UI design
• Feedback and suggest improvements on new feature design
• Occasionally work on other design works to help the team: branding, banners, design for new tools, logos, icons, etc.

You are a good fit with our team if:

• You are an expert in UX/UI design.
• You have experience in designing web apps, SaaS.
• You are enthusiastic about GenAI in general.
• You believe the best way to communicate a product feature to the user is by using the design of the product itself (I.e., how to arrange elements, how to choose the text, which colors to use, where to put tooltips, etc)
• You are comfortable in creating new design based on existing design without disrupting the main theme of the product.
• You believe the best way to change a product design is to do it gradually so it allows the users to slowly learn the new design overtime without disrupting their workflow.
• You don't mind being flexible in your work, quick to adapt to changing requirements, express your ideas to improve the product as you think will make the most benefits for the users.
• You are a self-learner, can think independently, be autonomous, and improve our team’s operation speed instead of slowing it down.
• You believe speed to delivery is as important as the quality of work when it comes to delivering value to the end users.
• You believe a good design only makes sense if it can be implemented by developers within a reasonable time considering the value brought to the users, which means you would use existing platform’s built-in design pattern and components as much as possible and avoid unnecessary custom design.
• You believe the best design is as little design as possible, which means you always opt to use existing components, icons, UX patterns, layouts, and templates where possible instead of creating new ones without good reasons.
